Desperate Measures from Dewey  How can you trust him?

Q: Why are the Hogan/Dewey folks putting Election flyers on  mailboxes - like above?

A: Great Question.   This is a serious Federal offense subject to a stiff fine.    The Dewey/Hogan supporters continue to deceive the public with incomplete talking points and illegal election tactics.  Both candidates were warned against these nuisance mailbox flyers.   Only Commission Williamson is following all protocols.  The Dewey/Hogan team created and distributed this flyer.  They believe that they are above the Election rules and Federal laws.  They knew it was wrong and did it anyway.  Last year's candidate Hogan's team (seen right), even resorted to  stapling them to your mailbox!!   It is wrong and it needs to stop.

Q: Why is your opponent clinging to the coattails of an angry base whose web-site uses incomplete and misleading data?

A:   Good catch!  Another election ploy of my opponent is to keep people interested via "sensationalism."   Their goal is  to capture headlines or public attention without fully explaining the situation.   Most of what my opponent states is deceptive.   What was not explained about the NYS Audit is that John Williamson has already been involved in  fully supporting the auditor's recommendations.  He had no part in any prior year budget.   

Q: How is your opponent going to reduce spending by another 40%?

A:  You have heard the saying... Sounds too good to be true!   Your Emergency Services are at risk with my opponent as he wants to reduce/eliminate this service.   Many budgetary cuts have already been put in place for this coming tax year and your services have NOT been reduced.   There is not  another 40% more dollars to reduce  - this is a very deceptive statement by Mr Dewey.   The numbers just do not add up.   

Q: Why does your opponent refer to himself as "commissioner" on his web-site, yet he has NOT held the office for Fishers Fire District?

A:  This is an election strategy used to confuse the electorate.   Commissioner Williamson is the only commissioner on the ballot and is the one helping to get results for the people of Fishers.

Q: Can the fire commission really just decide to build a new Firehouse and leave the residents with the bill without representation?

A:  No.  This is another scare tactic to get your attention.   In order to fund a multi-million dollar firehouse, this would ultimately require a mandatory referendum (A vote by the FULL district).   Ask my opponent why they are failing to explain this important point on their site.   If the Victor districts do consolidate, any decision for a new building will belong to ALL residents to vote on.    You see the pattern here - my opponent's lack of  transparency is troubling.  Please do not be misled by incomplete information that is purposely trying to confuse you.
